My stay at Hyatt was highly effective for my business needs. The location allowed easy access to nearby clients and offered a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel provided a well-maintained work environment, complete with comfortable accommodations, a convenient business center, and a peaceful patio by the pool for casual meetings. The staff was attentive and efficient, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my stay.
The room decor seemed eccentric.

Nice central location near shopping and dining. Clean rooms but small room sizes were a letdown. Great for attending concerts at the Pavilion. Housekeeping could improve its attentiveness.

The location is on point, close to Market Square with plenty of shopping and dining options around. The rooftop pool offers a nice oasis for relaxation after a busy day, providing a perfect space for unwinding while soaking up some sun.
The parking situation threw me off. valet was the only clear choice at $35, but there are free options nearby if you're willing to walk. The fitness center could use more equipment, as the limited options made it challenging to maintain a decent workout routine. Plus, the room felt a bit dated, like it needs a refresh, even though it was clean and functional. Finally, I found the in-room dining menu too basic, making it hard to find something appealing after a long day.

We had a lovely time at this hotel with my family, especially enjoying the pool and the outdoor sun terrace to relax. The amenities were great, making it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring. Just a heads up, the parking wasn't super clear at first, so consider the valet option if you're unsure. 😊
